Whether you're an advanced user, or just a beginner, we know people want a user-friendly account management system. Our system has been tested and confirmed to be user-friendly.
There are 3 areas where users can access and manage all of their services.
The Control panel, Webmail and the Client Center.
1. Control Panel
The control panel is where you manage your site's services, such as email users, mysql, subdomains, file management, etc. From here you can also view your account stats, such as how much space, bandwidth, user accounts, etc. that you are using. To get a better idea of how it works, check out our demo.
2. Webmail
Aside from managing your email in an email client such as Eudora or Microsoft Outlook, users have the ability to view/compose their email online, in the Webmail area. Webmail works like Hotmail, Yahoo!, etc. in the way that you can manage your email online, from any computer.
3. Client Center
The Client Center is where the client manages their payments/invoices, as well as where they can communicate with our support team through the Support Desk. From here, users can also upgrade/downgrade their plans and update their account information.
