All of our webservers are located on the world class EV1 network in Texas, USA.
The network consists of 13 Gigabit Ethernet backbone connections to the internet plus an OC-3 link and a DS-3 link.
The facility, code named "Imperial", features around 30,000 square feet of total space, redundant UPS systems, generator backup, VESPA detection systems, closed circuit monitoring of all areas and entrances, card key access, 24 hour guard manned security, redundant a/c systems, and fiber from 5 seperate providers.
All equipment is backed up using multiple battery backup units to add extra redundancy in case of power failure. Just about everything in this facility has at least one backup, so you can count on having power at all times, no matter what the circumstances.
The staff is working around the clock to ensure that the network & equipment is always operating at optimum state. If ever the network encounters a problem, it's dealt with in a very timely manner and in most cases it goes completely unnoticed.
