Changing your account password is a simple task. Start off by logging into your main account control panel (yourdomain.com/admin).

Under the "TOOLS" section, click on "Change Password". Enter your new password, as well as your email contact if it's changed, and click on "save".

Your new account password will now be in effect. If you've previously configured FTP in any FTP program or HTML editor, remember to update these settings with the new password.

If you find you are using more (or less) than your given account space/features, you may change your plan at any time without paying any additional costs.

To update your plan, login to the Billing & Support System.
Open a new support ticket, with "Account Upgrade/Downgrade" as the subject.
In the Info box, enter the plan you would like to be changed to. Then submit the Ticket.

Shortly after you will be sent a confirmation email to your signup email. After confirmation we will place your plan in queue for update.

NOTE: Plans can only be updated at the beginning of new billing cycles. For example, if you are billed on the 6th of every month, your account will be updated on the 6th of the upcoming month. If you have any questions, please contact the billing department.
