In order to start using your domain with your hosting account, you will need to configure your domain to point to our nameservers. If you purchased your domain through us, we will configure the domain for you. If you are using a domain you purchased elsewhere, you will need to do this where you purchased your domain.
If you can't recall where exactly you purchased your domain, just run a WHOIS search, and it should have a section in the results with the Registrar's name and URL. You can run a WHOIS search here, just enter your domain name and click on "whois" on the proceeding page.
When you login to your domain registrars site, there will be an area where you can modify the nameserver settings for the domain. Update the nameserver information to match the following:

NOTE: some registrars do not require the primary and secondary ip's.
Once you have submitted the changes, it will take 24 - 48 hours for the domain to fully propogate and be visible on the internet. This initial delay is common for all domains after updating their nameserver settings.

If you're not satisfied with your current registrar; maybe their prices aren't as great, as well as their service & support, or maybe you'd just like to have the ease of having your web hosting and domain at the same place, you can easily transfer your domain to us.

To transfer your domain to us, simply follow the steps on our order form. Once you have completed the order form, we will initiate the transfer process. You will receive an email from your current registrar confirming that you want to transfer your domain. After confirming, your domain should be transferred within 1-3 days.
Note: If your domain is set to expire within 1-2 weeks, you must first renew your domain at your current registrar, before you may transfer it.
