Our current nameserver details are as follows:

* Most registrars only require the Nameservers and not the IP's.
As with any new hosting account, you must first configure your domain's Nameserver details so it (the domain) points to your hosting account. If you've registered your domain through us, the nameservers will automatically be set, and you do not need to worry about changing anything.
If you've registered your domain through another registrar, login to your domain control panel and find the link to Modify/Update Nameserver Details.
Please Note:
After entering the nameservers, it usually takes 24-72 hours for the domain to fully propogate throughout the internet. The duration depends on the competence of your registrar.
When your domain (which was registered through us) is nearing expiration, we will start to send you notifications. You will receive a notification 60 days, 30 days & 15 days prior to the renewal date.
Once we've generated an invoice for the renewal of your domain, you may login to the Billing Centre to make your payment for the renewal. Shortly after your payment is made your domain will be renewed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

To edit the WHOIS info for a domain that you have registered through us, simply email support with the new information you would like in your WHOIS profile. We will update your info asap and send you a confirmation email when completed. Once changed, the information can take up to 24 hours to be updated in the WHOIS databases.
