Welcome to our tutorial for making invoice payments through our Billing & Support Center.
Invoices are sent approximately 5-14 days before your account will expire.

Let's get started.

Step One:
Login to the Billing & Support Center.
Canadian users can login at: http://secure.dothost.ca/clientarea/
US & International users can login at: http://secure.dothost.ca/us/clientarea/

Step Two:
After successfully logging in, you can see the number of invoices as well as the total amount that is due, listed under the "Quick Stats" section.



For more details and to proceed with payment, click on the highlighted number in the "Total Due" row, or roll-over "My Finance" in the toolbar and click on "Invoices".



Step Three:
On this page you will see a list of all the invoices that are due for your account. To proceed with payment, click on the invoice number, located under "InvNum". This will direct you to your invoice, where you can make a payment.



Step Four:
On this page, you can review the invoice details, select a method of paying, and complete your payment.

On the upper right side under the words "NOW DUE", you will see two buttons. The first button is for paying by credit card. The second button is for making a payment through PayPal. Select your preference to continue.



You will be forwarded to the according payment page. After completing the payment form, you can refresh your invoice page to see the new status of your invoice, which should state that the invoice has been paid.

Side Notes
You will be receive an invoice for payment at the end of your billing cycle. For example, if you're on a monthly cycle, you will receive an invoice and must login to pay every month. If you're on a quarterly cycle, you will receive an invoice every 3 months.

If you find it a hassle to manually pay, and would like to be billed automatically at the end of each billing cycle, open a support ticket with your request to do so and we will make it happen for your proceeding invoices. You will still receive confirmation of payment after each automatic invoice payment.
